What is the Circle of Friends Giving Club?
The Circle of Friends Giving Club is a group of
individuals who provide monthly, bi-annual (every 6 months), or annual
gifts at various levels by authorizing scheduled payments from their
credit card or by submitting a check at a designated time. By having
scheduled gifts, Sertoma Centre is better able to predict annual revenue
that is needed to operate programs and services for the individuals it
serves.
You Can Change Lives!
By supporting Sertoma Centre, you help us provide programs and services
that teach individuals with disabilities how to live independent and
productive lives in the community. We help consumers to secure
employment and housing which are both critical to achieving
self-sufficiency. Our programs focus on presenting choices to
individuals and families of service and benefit options that are
available to them. Your monthly gift will help bridge the gap between
the State of Illinois funding and the true costs of providing quality
services and programs.

In addition to playing a significant role in helping people with disabilities, Circle of Friends partners also:
- Are invited, if support is provided at the Bronze level or above, to the annual Circle of Friends Thank-You Dinner at our facility to enjoy a complimentary delicious dinner, refreshments, entertainment, the company of other caring people , and several of those you are helping through your gift. Guided tours of the facility are provided.

- Receive quarterly written communication from the Executive Director, Gus van den Brink, which highlights accomplishments, concerns and issues facing the disability community of providers and consumers of services.
- Are listed in our Annual Report and in other key publications.
- Are invited to all of the agency’s special events.
How Do I Get Started?
- Choose an amount from the gift ranges under our partnership levels that you consider to be generous and most realistic.
- Divide the amount you want to donate by 12 to get your monthly contribution (easiest for most people), by 2 to get your bi-annual payment, or you can choose to give a lump sum each year on a specific month.
